Since joining Nashville’s music business community, Abbey Adams has worked with some of the strongest and most diverse writers and catalogs in Nashville. She has placed numerous hits and cuts with such artists as Keith Urban, Billy Currington, Tim McGraw, Dierks Bentley, Jake Owen, Thomas Rhett, Frankie Ballard, Brett Eldredge, Eli Young Band, Ronnie Dunn, Lady Antebellum, Josh Turner, and Martina McBride. She has placed songs in "Grey’s Anatomy", “Nashville" and the Sony film "Country Strong".

In 2015, Adams co-founded Nurturing Outstanding Women (NOW), a mentoring organization for women in Nashville’s music business. NOW is select and strategic in creating opportunities for women to learn and broaden leadership skills as well as foster support among each other.

In 2016, Adams was named one of Musicrow’s Rising Women on the Row.

After 11 years as A&R at Sony/ATV Music Publishing, Adams is venturing back into the independent world of music.  With a slight turn towards management, still utilizing her publishing expertise, Adams is focused on creative development, strategy and implementation for writer-producers and developing artists.
