Trisha McClanahan

ARTIST MANAGER

A 1986 University of Tennessee-Knoxville graduate, Trisha McClanahan has been a music business professional for 32 years.

After spending three years at Dale Morris and Associates in the late 80’s, McClanahan joined Reba McEntire’s Starstruck Entertainment in 1990 and remained for 20 years.  During her tenure at Starstruck, McClanahan worked in concert promotions, sponsorship facilitation, touring, and public relations.  Ultimately rising to the position of VP-Marketing at Starstruck, McClanahan was also instrumental in developing product extensions for the Reba brand including a clothing line, shoe line, bed and bath line, and home goods - as well as promoting books, movie, a TV sitcom, a Broadway show, and multiple albums.  

In 2007, McClanahan expanded her duties to management with Starstruck client, Kelly Clarkson, working in international pop music and concert promotion.

In 2010, McClanahan left the Starstruck umbrella to form McClanahan Management.  McClanahan has since managed the careers of Christian duo Pawnshop kings, and country artist Troy Olson, and served as management consultant for TV/music stars Katie Stevens and Josh Henderson, and music artists Lisa Marie Presley and Scotty McCreery.  

Since 2014, McClanahan has served as the sole manager for country sensation, Lauren Alaina.  As a McClanahan Management client, Alaina has won two CMT Awards, been named the Music Row Breakout artist and the ACM New Female Artist of the Year, and has been nominated for multiple CMA Awards.  Alaina has also scored 2 number one records and toured with Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Cole Swindell, Luke Combs, Dustin Lynch, Alan Jackson, Martina McBride, and Blake Shelton.  Alaina is currently a cast member for the 28th season of Dancing With the Stars.
